NilearOS integrates with ConnectWise PSA to enhance your ticketing system experience. Pia has integrated with Nilear to support Partners using the tool in their ConnectWise Environment.

Configuring Integration

Since Nilear operates with the ConnectWise environment, you will not require a separate integration setup for Nilear. To ensure that the integration is working, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Configure ConnectWise integration by following this article
Step 2: Once done, log into your ConnectWise PSA and ensure Pia is working
Step 3: Swap to Nilear in your ConnectWise and test if Pia is working with Nilear
